A 55-year-old resident of Viciebsk is suspected of a series of thefts in a summer house area. As reported by the Department of Internal Affairs of the Viciebsk Regional Executive Committee, the suspect targeted plots where construction work was underway and broke into houses while the owners were absent.
He constantly carried a black backpack with a crowbar. During a search, construction tools and household appliances were found in the detainee’s possession.
The man has previous convictions and is unemployed.
