Social media users reported the crash of a drone in Slutsk on June 2. Several Telegram channels reported the incident. Messages also appeared in a local chat group but were quickly deleted. There has so far been no information from local authorities or state media.
The Telegram channel Belarus za MKADam reported that a drone crashed near the village of Novadvortsy, not far from Bahdanovich Street.
Realnaya Belarus claimed that two drones crashed near the villages of Novadvortsy and Luchniki between approximately 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. According to the channel, the crash sites were cordoned off by police, emergency services, and the military.
At around 2:00 p.m., users in a local chat reported that Bahdanovich Street near Novadvortsy had been blocked. One user wrote that she had seen the drone herself: “I saw it flying today. Not a pleasant feeling.” This message, along with others, was quickly deleted.
