Alyaksandr Lukashenka has signed the law “On Amendments to Laws on Individual Entrepreneurial Activity,” which introduces changes to a number of laws and three codes.
The document specifies the categories of individuals to whom regulatory provisions are addressed: either all citizens, or only persons not engaged in entrepreneurial activity, or only citizen entrepreneurs, Lukashenka’s press service reported.
References to individual entrepreneurs are excluded from those provisions that regulate types of activity not included in the relevant list.
Preferences previously предусмотренные for microenterprises are extended to organizations with a workforce of up to 50 people.
In order to ensure consistency and a comprehensive approach to legal regulation, the law also includes amendments unrelated to the transformation of entrepreneurial activity.
