Russia returned 20.2 tonnes of pork heads to Belarus, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision (Rosselkhoznadzor) reports.
A truck carrying the by-products was inspected at the Lobok checkpoint on the Belarusian-Russian border. The pork heads, produced by Belarusian company Veles-Mit LLC, were bound for Rostov-on-Don.
Rosselkhoznadzor banned the import because a ban had previously been imposed on supplies of products from the manufacturer. The shipment was returned to Belarus.
