Pallets Catch Fire at Grocery Store in Lida

Fire alarm systems were activated at a grocery store on Pobedy Street in Lida, the Emergencies Ministry press service reported. Rescuers discovered minor smoke in the sales area and determined that pallets on the loading ramp had caught fire.

Visitors left the store on their own, and no one was injured. Firefighters extinguished the blaze. Four units of Emergencies Ministry equipment were deployed to the scene. The cause of the fire is being established, the agency’s press service said.
