“As part of the nuclear forces exercises, nuclear munitions have been delivered to field storage sites in the deployment area of a missile brigade in the Republic of Belarus. Personnel of the Belarusian missile formation are carrying out training and combat tasks involving the receipt of special munitions for the Iskander-M operational-tactical missile system, equipping carrier missiles with them, and covert deployment to a designated area to prepare for launches,” the statement distributed by Russian state agencies said.
The Russian Defense Ministry also released a video. The footage shows MAZ trucks leaving a hangar and then driving along a forest road. During nighttime scenes, unloading operations are shown. Later, in daylight, the video shows the loading of the Iskander system.
