The Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission has decided to grant tariff exemptions for cocoa powder imports.
In 2026, Belarus will be able to import 1,500 tonnes of the product duty-free (EAEU FEACN code 1805 00 000 0). Tariff exemptions have also been granted to Armenia and Kyrgyzstan for 300 tonnes each. The cocoa powder must be used for industrial processing.
