The Ministry of Agriculture and Food, by Resolution No. 72 of Sept. 8, has re-established maximum selling prices for fruit and vegetable products. The document was added to the Unified Register of Digital Indicators today and took effect on Sept. 1.

In April, the ministry had already approved maximum selling prices by Resolution No. 35. However, in August, it was declared invalid as of Sept. 1, after which a new resolution with the same prices was adopted. At the same time, the document does not contain selling prices for cucumbers and tomatoes, which were recently included in state procurement for the formation of stabilization funds.

Selling prices for products sold to legal entities for the purpose of fulfilling state procurement are set excluding VAT per 1 kg. The prices are specified both excluding delivery costs and including delivery costs.

The prices for vegetables and apples are:

– potatoes — 66 kopecks excluding delivery costs and 69 kopecks including delivery costs (+3 kopecks compared with 2025),
– beets — 69 kopecks and 72 kopecks, respectively (+3 kopecks),
– carrots — 78 and 82 kopecks (+3 kopecks),
– cabbage — 98 kopecks (+4 kopecks) and 1.03 rubles (+5 kopecks),
– onions — 1.05 and 1.10 rubles (+5 kopecks),
– apples — 2.73 (+13 kopecks) and 2.86 rubles (+15 kopecks).

Maximum selling prices for products supplied to retail chains from stabilization funds, including storage costs, are also set excluding VAT, both excluding and including delivery costs. They are:

– potatoes — 71 kopecks excluding delivery costs and 74 kopecks including delivery costs (+3 kopecks),
– beets — 78 kopecks and 82 kopecks, respectively (+4 kopecks),
– carrots — 90 and 94 kopecks (+4 kopecks),
– cabbage — 1.08 and 1.11 rubles (+5 kopecks),
– onions — 1.12 (+5 kopecks) and 1.18 rubles (+6 kopecks),
– apples — 3.20 rubles (+15 kopecks) and 3.36 rubles (+16 kopecks).

The prices at which products from stabilization funds will be sold in stores will later be set by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade.
