Lithuania and Latvia Prevent 60 Attempts by Migrants to Cross the Border

On Monday, migrants were again active on the borders of Belarus with Lithuania and Latvia.

Lithuanian border guards prevented 15 attempts to cross the border. The previous attempt had been recorded almost a month earlier. In total, Lithuanian border guards have prevented 52 attempts to cross the border since the beginning of the year.

In Latvia, 45 attempts to cross the border were prevented. On Sunday, border guards had encountered 15 such attempts.

Poland’s Border Guard has not yet published its report for Monday.
