Administrators of the official Telegram channel of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus mistakenly published a file containing proposals for awards on the occasion of Press Day. The list includes employees of state media selected for recognition.
The message with the file was published at 16:29:07+03 and immediately deleted, but the Reform.news editorial team managed to save it.
The document contains proposals for awarding “employees of leading national media outlets on the occasion of professional holidays.” Certificates of honour and commendations are provided for them:
Certificate of Honour
- Alesya Vysotskaya — head of the reporters’ department of the main directorate of the “First Information” TV channel (in absentia)
- Siarhei Mikhovich — editor-in-chief of the “Selskaya Gazeta” newspaper editorial office of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus institution “Belarus Segodnya Publishing House”
- Ihar Tur — political observer of the political observers’ department of the information broadcasting directorate of CJSC “Second National TV Channel”
Commendation
- Artsiom Apanovich — specialist in law and political science of the political information and analytics department of the main editorial office of information of BelTA
- Yana Volosach — special correspondent of the “Zvyazda” newspaper editorial office
- Yulia Dzianishchyk — editor-in-chief of the “Vecherniy Minsk” newspaper (in absentia)
- Yahor Yermalitski — photo correspondent of the photo information department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus institution “Belarus Segodnya Publishing House”
- Natallia Piatkevich — correspondent of the information broadcasting directorate of CJSC “Second National TV Channel”
- Vialeta Shablinskaya — correspondent of the correspondents’ department of the information broadcasting directorate of the closed joint-stock company “STOLICHNOE TELEVISION” (in absentia)

The document also contains a section titled “Greeting Address.” The addressee is listed as Dzmitry Zhuk, Minister of Information of the Republic of Belarus.
It should be recalled that the Council of the Republic is headed by Natallia Kachanava.
