The Ministry of Industry and the Hi-Tech Park organized an event dedicated to warehouse management. It is titled “Automation of Cost Accounting and Warehouse Logistics at Industrial Enterprises.”
“Residents of the Hi-Tech Park will present to the country’s industrial sector practical, working tools for managing inventories and supply chains (so that nothing remains idle) and for accounting of production costs (to see the real cost and save resources),” the ministry’s press service said.
It is noted that the implementation of such systems will allow enterprises under the Industry Ministry to increase the efficiency and speed of warehouse operations, improve the entire distribution system, and integrate with a number of marketplaces and other digital platforms.
It should be recalled that earlier today Belstat published data on industrial inventories as of March 1. The figures showed continued growth, with inventories increasing by 156.77 million rubles over the month to a record 12.2 billion rubles.
