The Council of Ministers has established a list of payments exempt from state social security contributions under Resolution No. 558 of October 30. The document was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal and will enter into force on January 1, 2027.

Compared with the current version, the list has undergone only minor changes. In particular, contributions will not be charged on amounts allocated by employers to organise not only sporting and cultural events but also ideological events. In addition, under the new version, contributions will not be charged on amounts spent by employers on purchasing souvenir and commemorative products.
