The Investigative Committee has completed its investigation into the case of the director of SI-Trading.

In 2023–2024, the company sold business apartments as part of a parking facility being built in the village of Kopishcha near Minsk. According to investigators, the organization had no right to construct and sell the apartments as part of the project, while investors’ funds were illegally raised.

“The director was aware of the violations, but deliberately ignored this fact and failed to fulfill his obligations to the investors, causing damage to 57 victims and two legal entities totaling more than 6 million rubles,” the Investigative Committee said.

Property belonging to SI-Trading LLC, the accused and his relatives has been seized, with a total value of more than 13 million rubles, including an unfinished parking facility, real estate, tokens and vehicles.

The accused’s actions were classified by investigators under Part 3 of Article 424 (abuse of power or official authority) of the Criminal Code.
