The Council of Ministers, by Resolution No. 705 of 5 December, has approved a draft agreement between the governments of Belarus and China on cooperation in the field of development. The resolution was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.
The Ministry of Economy has been authorised to conduct negotiations and sign the agreement.
