Belarusian exports of capital goods fell by 0.1% to $2.3 billion in January-July. This is indicated by data from Belstat. In the first half of the year, the indicator had shown 0.1% growth.
Imports of capital goods increased by 10.6% to $3 billion in January-July.
Trade in intermediate goods is also growing. Exports increased by 27.8% to $14.06 billion over the seven months, while imports rose by 18.4% to $16.97 billion.
Exports of consumer goods increased by 27.4% to $10 billion in January-July, including food exports, which rose by 25.9% to $5.54 billion, and non-food goods, which increased by 29.4% to $4.46 billion.
Imports of consumer goods increased by 23.1% to $10.68 billion in January-July, including food imports, which rose by 20.5% to $2.78 billion, and non-food goods, which increased by 24.2% to $7.9 billion.
