Belarus Begins Discharging Conscripts Into Reserve

Belarus’ Armed Forces have begun discharging conscript servicemen into the reserve, the Defense Ministry said.

It noted that servicemen who had served in the 38th Separate Guards Air Assault Brigade, the 19th Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade and the 120th Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade had been discharged into the reserve.

The decree on the spring conscription campaign was signed at the end of February. It предусматривает that conscription takes place from March to May. At the same time, conscripts who have already completed their military service are discharged into the reserve.
