Belarus and Cuba have extended the existing mechanism of mutual supplies under the intergovernmental agreement of June 24, 2014. The corresponding decree was signed today by Aliaksandr Lukashenka.
“The decree maintains the conditions for the purchase of Cuban pharmaceuticals in exchange for supplied automotive and agricultural machinery, medical devices, and other domestically produced goods,” Lukashenka’s press service reported.
The 2014 agreement provides for the supply of medicines to Belarus from Cuba and the supply from Belarus of agricultural machinery, spare parts for MTZ tractors and MAZ vehicles.
