Belarus’ Ministry of Housing and Utilities has launched channels for complaints about the condition of rental housing provided to young specialists. According to information from the ministry, young specialists can directly report problems with living conditions and the poor condition of rental housing.
The ministry can be contacted via a chat in its Telegram channel. To do so, users need to open the channel, tap its name, select the “Chat” icon and send a message describing the problem. Messages can also be sent via the direct messages of the Ministry of Housing and Utilities’ Instagram account.
The ministry noted that providing the address and a detailed description of the problem, as well as photographs, would help it address the situation more quickly.
