The World Karate Federation has lifted all restrictions on Belarusian athletes, the Belarusian Sports Ministry reported.
Representatives of Belarus will now be able to compete in official events under national symbols.
Earlier today, in line with a decision by the executive committee dated May 7, 2026, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) said it no longer recommends applying restrictions on the participation of Belarusian athletes, including teams, in competitions held under the auspices of international federations and organizers of international sporting events.
