The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade has recognised Wildberries, OZON and Belpochta as dominant players in two markets.
Wildberries (IMVBRB LLC) and OZON (OZON Market Bel LLC and Internet Resheniya LLC) have been recognised as dominant entities in the product category “services provided by owners of online marketplaces”.
In turn, Belpochta has been recognised as a dominant entity in the product category “services providing access to the unified automated system for recording and storing data on the movement of registered postal items”.
A pricing regulation mechanism has now been established for them. They are required to comply with the procedure for setting and applying tariffs, meaning that their tariffs must be economically justified.
