The Emergencies Ministry has shown what remains of a two-story residential building in the village of Kazimirauka near Hrodna after the explosion.
It should be recalled that earlier today a gas explosion occurred on the second floor of the building. A fire broke out in apartments on the first and second floors. Floor slabs and walls collapsed.
At the time of the explosion, two people were inside the house: a man on the second floor and a 12-year-old girl on the first. The man was hospitalized with injuries. The child was not injured.
A meeting of the emergency commission under the Hrodna District Executive Committee was held following the incident. Issues related to the resettlement of residents and restricting access to the building for unauthorized persons were considered.
