Two Russian Oil Refineries Attacked; One Suspends Operations

Drones attacked two oil refineries in Russia overnight.

According to Rostov Region Governor Yury Slyusar, the Novoshakhtinsk oil products refinery was damaged and temporarily suspended operations.

In Perm Krai, a refinery site was attacked, according to local Governor Dmitry Makhonin.

“There was an attack on an industrial facility. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties,” the regional governor wrote.

Videos of a fire at the Perm oil refinery have appeared online.

In Ulyanovsk, the Iskra plant, part of the Almaz-Antey concern, which manufactures air defense systems, came under attack.
