Tsikhanouskaya on the Holocaust: The Historical Lesson Has Still Not Been Learned

Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, speaking on International Holocaust Remembrance Day, which is marked on January 27, said that the historical lesson has not yet been learned.

“The Holocaust became one of the most horrific chapters in the history of humanity and forever showed what power without limits and responsibility is capable of.

When you open the news and see that civilians continue to die in Ukraine, and that in Belarus even today innocent people are imprisoned and tortured, it becomes obvious: the historical lesson has still not been learned. Our responsibility is to remember, to speak the truth, and not to allow evil to become the norm,” Tsikhanouskaya said.
