Tsikhanouskaya In Warsaw Joins “Write A Letter To A Political Prisoner” Initiative

Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya on Wednesday, February 11, took part in a meeting of the “Write a Letter to a Political Prisoner” initiative. Together with participants at the Belarusian Youth Hub, she wrote letters and postcards to political prisoners.

“I am very grateful to all Belarusians who come to these meetings and write letters to our political prisoners — it is truly very important for them. You do this every week, and it seems that I will never stop being amazed by the strength of our solidarity,” Tsikhanouskaya said, according to her office.

The initiative meets regularly in Warsaw. People come together to write a few words of support to those who are imprisoned.
