A 25-year-old woman was fatally struck by a train on railway tracks in Zhodzina. The tragedy occurred on April 23. According to data from the Investigative Committee, she was crossing the tracks in front of a moving train.
The train driver noticed her and took all possible measures, including sounding the horn and applying emergency braking, but the collision could not be avoided.
An investigative team worked at the scene, witnesses were questioned, and forensic examinations have been appointed. The circumstances of the tragedy are being established by the Zhodzina City Department of the Investigative Committee.
