A third person has died following a crash involving a heavy truck in the Rechytsa district — a 57-year-old passenger of a Renault Laguna. She was hospitalized after the accident but died in hospital despite doctors’ efforts, the Investigative Committee reported.
The accident occurred on the morning of March 2. The Renault Laguna veered into the oncoming lane and collided with a truck. The driver, a 35-year-old woman, and her 9-year-old son were killed at the scene. The driver’s 57-year-old mother was hospitalized.
