“A suspect in the murder of a Russian national in Biała Podlaska has been detained by Lublin police officers and the Internal Security Agency. He is using a Georgian passport. The authorities are working to establish the identity of the perpetrator,” Tusk wrote on X.
As previously reported, the Russian artist, known for his caricatures of Putin, Lukashenka and Kadyrov, was killed on Monday morning. As part of the investigation, two Belarusian citizens aged 33 and 37 were detained. However, investigators determined that they were not involved in the crime. It became known yesterday that they had been released after being questioned as witnesses.
