Speaker of Zimbabwe’s National Assembly to Visit Belarus

Zimbabwe National Assembly Speaker Jacob Mudenda will visit Belarus from May 26 to 31. He will take part in the 2nd International Conference “State Sovereignty and Principles of International Relations in a Multipolar World in the 21st Century,” organized by the White Rus party.

The visit program also includes a meeting with Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Ihar Sierhieienka.

The sides plan to discuss interparliamentary cooperation and the development of Belarusian-Zimbabwean relations in the political, trade, economic, and humanitarian spheres. Following the visit, a cooperation agreement will be signed between the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus and the National Assembly of the Parliament of Zimbabwe.
