A weather balloon used by smugglers has landed in Białystok, according to the police of Poland’s Podlaskie Voivodeship.
Balloons with a package attached were found on Gajowa Street. They landed in a parking lot between two cars. The contraband package is believed to contain a significant quantity of cigarettes, as it was carried by three balloons.
Police are working at the scene.
