Smolevichi Broiler OJSC is issuing bonds worth 150 million rubles. The issue prospectus has been published on the Unified Financial Market Portal.
A total of 1,500 securities with a face value of 100,000 rubles each will be issued. They carry an annual interest rate of 9%. The bonds are due to mature on May 16, 2031.
The securities will be placed through a private offering among 13 companies, including legal entities from the Servolux group and five banks.
According to the issue prospectus, exports accounted for 53% of revenue last year, while domestic sales accounted for 47%. The share of exports has declined in recent years.
