Belintertrans, jointly with Belarusian Railways, has dispatched the sixth “Kolosok” consolidated container train to China. Deputy Director General and Head of the Container Transportation Centre at Belintertrans Natallia Litvinka announced the shipment, BelTA reported.
The train consists of 62 containers carrying products from Belarusian companies. It is travelling through Russia and will enter China via the Zabaykalsk border crossing. Chinese partners will receive and distribute the cargo within China.
The train is assembled at the Kaliadzichy terminal, which also provides customs declaration, document processing, terminal handling and first-mile logistics services.
