Seasonal traffic restrictions on roads have begun to be introduced in Belarus. This was reported by the Transport Ministry. The restrictions have been introduced in the Hrodna and Mahilyou regions.
“At present, information about the nature of the introduced restrictions has been posted on the official websites of the road authorities: RUE Hrodnaavtodor and RUE Mahilyouavtodor,” the statement said.
In the Hrodna region, the restrictions will be in effect from March 16 to April 1, and in the Mahilyou region from March 20 to April 17. Temporary limits are being imposed on the axle load of vehicles.
Restrictions are also being introduced on local roads. Decisions are made by local authorities.
