For comparison, in January incomes were growing at a rate of 13.8%. Over the whole of 2024, incomes rose by 9.7%.

It should be noted that in September–October Belarus recorded a slowdown in inflation, which also affected the growth rate of real disposable monetary incomes.

The structure of monetary incomes in January–September 2025 was as follows:

  • wages — 66.4%;
  • transfers to the population (pensions, benefits, scholarships, and other transfers) — 21.9%;
  • income from entrepreneurial and other income-generating activities — 7.3%;
  • property income and other income — 4.4%.

Compared with January–August, the share of wages decreased, while the share of property income and other income increased. The shares of other income categories remained unchanged.

As a reminder, the decree on the parameters of socio-economic development for 2025 envisages income growth at the level of 4%.

Real disposable monetary incomes represent monetary incomes minus taxes, fees, and contributions, adjusted for the consumer price index for goods and services.
