Strong gusts of wind caused damage to a number of power lines today, which in several cases led to fires in forest areas.
Two such incidents were recorded in the Hluski forestry, and another in the Lelchytsy forestry. Thanks to the prompt actions of state forest protection personnel, the spread of the fires was prevented, the Ministry of Forestry reported.
