The Polish Embassy in Minsk announced that from June 11 it is changing the procedure for booking appointments related to the Polish Card (Karta Polaka).
From now on, appointments for submitting applications to extend the validity of a Polish Card, obtain a duplicate card, or receive a new card following a change in the holder’s personal data will be available exclusively through the e-konsulat system.
The number of available appointments is limited, the embassy warned. It also reminded applicants that requests to extend a Polish Card will not be accepted after the card has expired.
