Poland’s Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) has published data on insured foreign nationals as of the end of June 2026. The number of Belarusians increased compared with May.
As of the end of June, 143,895 Belarusian citizens were registered in Poland’s social insurance system. Compared with May, the number of Belarusians increased by 865.
In total, nearly 1.342 million foreign nationals were registered with ZUS at the end of June. The overall number of insured foreigners increased by nearly 13,000 compared with May.
Ukrainian citizens remained the largest group of foreign nationals working in Poland. Nearly 901,000 Ukrainians were registered with ZUS, an increase of 9,500 compared with May. Belarusians ranked second, followed by Indian citizens in third place with 25,540 registered.
