MTBank plans to raise 80 million rubles through bond placements. Prospectuses for three bond issues have appeared on the Unified Portal of Financial Market Participants. Two of them are aimed at legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, and one at individuals.
The 45th bond issue has a volume of 10 million rubles. A total of 10,000 securities with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles are being issued. They are to be redeemed on December 29, 2027. The bonds carry a fixed annual yield of 10.5%. The issue is intended for individuals.
The 46th issue amounts to 35 million rubles. A total of 35,000 securities with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles are being issued. The bonds are to be redeemed on February 18, 2036. An annual rate of 11% has been set for the first and second interest periods. Income is paid once a year.
The 47th issue also amounts to 35 million rubles. A total of 35,000 securities with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles are being issued. The bonds are to be redeemed on February 18, 2035. An annual rate of 11% has been set for the first, second, and third interest periods. Income is paid once a year.
