Lukashenka Congratulates Aliyev’s Wife

Aliaksandr Lukashenka congratulated Mehriban Aliyeva, Azerbaijan’s first vice president and the wife of President Ilham Aliyev, on her birthday.

“Your patriotism and selfless service to Azerbaijan, as well as your deep involvement in and commitment to key issues of national development, command respect and admiration,” the congratulatory message said.

Lukashenka noted that Belarus values Aliyeva’s personal contribution to strengthening the strategic partnership between Minsk and Baku and maintaining an atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding.

“I am convinced that your productive work will continue to contribute to the implementation of joint projects and the expansion of cooperation between Belarus and Azerbaijan in the spirit of open and constructive dialogue,” Lukashenka said in his message.
