Manuel Bessler, Vice-President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, has arrived in Belarus.
According to the Foreign Ministry, he met with Deputy Foreign Minister Ihar Sakreta.
“The parties discussed current issues and prospects for further developing cooperation between Belarus and the Federation, the implementation of the Belarus–IFRC Joint Action Plan for 2026, and the humanitarian situation in the region and globally,” the ministry said.
