Information Ministry Adds More Resources to “Extremist Materials” List

Belarus’s Information Ministry has again expanded its list of “extremist materials.”

The following have been added:

• the VK community “History of Belarus,”
• Kolegium Europy Wschodniej accounts on Instagram, Facebook and X,
• Alexandr Rudenok accounts on Instagram, Threads and YouTube.

In Belarus, accusations of extremism are widely used to persecute opponents of Lukashenka and suppress dissent more broadly.
