Childcare Benefits for Children Under Three to Increase in Belarus From August 1

Belarus’s Ministry of Labour and Social Protection has announced an increase in childcare benefits for children under the age of three from Aug. 1. The benefits are linked to the average monthly wage.

From Aug. 1, 2026, to Jan. 1, 2027, childcare benefits for children under the age of three will be as follows:

  • for the first child – 1,057.7 Belarusian rubles (+56.84 Belarusian rubles),
  • for the second and subsequent children – 1,208.8 Belarusian rubles (+64.96 Belarusian rubles),
  • for a child with a disability – 1,359.9 Belarusian rubles (+73.08 Belarusian rubles).
