Independence Avenue to Be Closed in Minsk on March 8

The Minsk City Executive Committee has decided to restrict traffic on Independence Avenue on March 8.

According to Decision No. 709 dated February 27, published today on the National Legal Internet Portal, traffic will be prohibited:

• from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Independence Avenue from Jasminavaya Street to Filimonava Street;
• from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Independence Avenue from Filimonava Street to Kalinina Street.

Traffic will be restricted due to a running event in the area of the National Library.
