Health Ministry Sets Organizer Fee Rate for Public Procurement in 2026

The Ministry of Health, under Resolution No. 56 dated May 22, has set a unified organizer fee rate for the procurement of medical devices and medicines in 2026. The document was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal and enters into force upon publication.

According to the document, the unified organizer fee rate for 2026 will be:

• 0.79% for public procurement of medical devices and spare parts for them (+0.03 percentage points compared with 2025);
• 0.82% for public procurement of medicines and medical nutrition products (+0.01 percentage points).

Organizers of public procurement in the healthcare sector in Belarus may include Belmedtekhnika and its subsidiaries, Belpharmacia and regional Pharmacia enterprises, and the Belarusian Prosthetic and Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center.
