Ground Collapse Occurs Near Residential Building in Vitsyebsk

A ground collapse caused by soil erosion occurred near a residential building on Schrader Street in Vitsyebsk. Emergency Situations Ministry units are working at the scene.

The Vitsyebsk City Executive Committee has convened the Commission for Emergency Situations.

Judging by footage released by the Emergency Situations Ministry, the incident occurred in an area where excavation work was being carried out.
