Residents of the Great Stone Industrial Park increased revenue in the first half of the year, but their net profit fell by almost half. Foreign investment also declined. This is indicated by data published by Belstat.
In the first half of the year, the industrial park had 167 residents, of which 126 were active. Compared with the same period last year, the number of residents increased by 13, while the number of active residents rose by 17.
Revenue of companies operating in the park increased by 26.3% in the first half of the year to 953.9 million rubles. Net profit, meanwhile, fell by 46.3% to 86.1 million rubles.
Investment in fixed assets declined by 25.7% to 152.8 million rubles, while foreign direct investment decreased by 29.9% to $19.1 million.
Industrial output in the park increased by 18% to 570.1 million rubles.
Park residents increased their payments to the budget by 19% to 154.8 million rubles.
Exports of goods by Great Stone residents increased by 57.5% to $112.3 million, while exports of services rose by 46.9% to $133.8 million. Imports of goods increased by 10.7% to $202.4 million, while imports of services rose by 56.1% to $64.3 million.
The average number of employees increased by 17.9% to 4,282.5.
The average salary in the park increased by 19.4% to 4,381.3 rubles.
