The grain harvest in 2027 amounted to 9.1 million tonnes in post-processing weight. This was reported by Belstat. This volume was produced by farms of all categories. Average yield stood at 38.2 centners per hectare.
The gross rapeseed harvest across all categories of farms totalled 910.3 thousand tonnes. Average yield was 20.9 centners per hectare.
Potato production reached 3 million tonnes, with an average yield of 219 centners per hectare.
The gross harvest of sugar beet in 2025 amounted to 5.9 million tonnes, with an average yield of 538 centners per hectare.
Vegetable production totalled 2.7 million tonnes, with an average yield of 289 centners per hectare.
In protected ground, 103.3 thousand tonnes of vegetables were produced, accounting for 3.8% of total output. In the structure of protected-ground vegetable production, tomatoes accounted for 51.1%, cucumbers for 47.6%, and other vegetables for 1.3%.
