Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation will receive financing with state support, although the amount is undisclosed. Resolution No. 100 of the Council of Ministers dated February 27 “On Financing” was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal and entered into force on the day of its adoption.
Three clauses of the document and one sub-clause are marked “for official use only.” However, Clause 5 of the resolution states that personal responsibility for the timely repayment and targeted use of the loans specified in the restricted clauses is assigned to the director general of the Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation, the Minister of Agriculture and Food, and the deputy prime minister overseeing the agro-industrial complex.
In addition, the document doubles the state order for wheat intended for amino acid production. It will now amount to 120,000 tonnes.
