First Deputy Head of Minsk’s Partizanski District Police Dies at 48

Aliaksandr Iosifavich Butsko, a police colonel, has died at the age of 48, according to the Interior Ministry newspaper *Na Strazhe*.

Butsko served as First Deputy Head of Minsk’s Partyzanski District Police Department and Chief of the Public Security Police.

“The leadership and staff of the Minsk City Executive Committee’s Main Internal Affairs Directorate, the Partyzanski District Police Department and territorial units mourn the loss of their colleague and extend their sincere condolences to his family and loved ones,” the statement said.
