Hockey club Dynama Minsk has canceled a planned increase in ticket prices for the subsequent stages of the KHL championship playoffs. According to the ministry’s press service, the club gave the relevant assurances to the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade on March 27.

In addition, a 25% discount on seat buyouts will be introduced for season ticket holders.

The pricing situation attracted the attention of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade after Dynama Minsk increased ticket prices for playoff matches. The ministry requested from the club a justification of the current prices and a breakdown of cost items.

Following discussions with the ministry, the club said it would sell tickets for home playoff matches “with special consideration of the club’s social significance as the country’s most important sports project.”
