Drunk Belarusian on E-Scooter Causes Traffic Accident in Poland

A Belarusian citizen was involved in a head-on collision with a car in the village of Mianowice in Poland’s Greater Poland Voivodeship.

The accident occurred on the evening of June 2. A 22-year-old Belarusian riding an electric scooter collided with a Hyundai driven by a 43-year-old motorist. Police determined that the scooter rider was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol level of 0.5 per mille, according to kepno.dlawas.info.

The Belarusian was fined 4,000 zlotys (about $1,100).
